SS Converter
The screen is self explationary. It converts all BMPs in the folder to PNGs, and deletes old BMPs.
In case there are conflicting filenames, it'll figure out the correct position to continue naming the new files from, so it will never overwrite your files, which might be a problem with many batch converters.
This requires you to have .NET 2.0. Most people should already have this (if you use Vista you don't need to download it at all), but if you don't, you can get it here: link
