This is a file that will let you move your minimap in-game and allows you to output the X,Y position of the minimap so you may then put these numbers in your soldat.ini, made in under a minute, it is nothing special..
When in-game just hit your control button. When you have it where you want hit the button "X,Y Position" and there you go.
